The edition «Encyclopedia of the Russian Academy of Engineering» is dedicated to the 25th anniversary of the Russian Academy of Engineering. The encyclopedia includes the creative biographies of more than actual 1750 members and associates of RAE: prominent scientists, honoured engineers and organizers of industrial production elected to the Academy when it was established. The encyclopedia presents the people who in XX–XXI century actively promoted conservation and development of intellectual potential of the science and technology in the main engineering fields by means of efficient implementation of fundamental theory in production.
