The invention shortens hardening time and increases the durability of adhesive joints. Cutting plate (RU 2528288) contains the base made of hard alloy and sprayed on it wear-resistant layer of nanostructured tungsten carbide and nanostructured niobium carbide which grain size is 20\u201350 nm, and their ratio, mass.%: nanostructured tungsten carbide 90, nanostructured niobium carbide \u2013 the rest.
