During the Conference International Union of Laboratories and Experts in Construction Materials, Systems and Structures (RILEM) and International Engineering Academy (IEA) have signed International Partnership Agreement. The purpose of this Agreement is to increase collaboration and cooperation between organizations, and to improve construction by making technical expertise of each Partner available to the other through publications, meetings, conferences, Internet links, committee membership, certification activities, and any other activity. At the same time International Engineering Academy becomes responsible for the launch and activity of Regional group of RILEM that is under formation in CIS countries, and which working languages will be Russian and English.
