From May 12 to May 16, 2014 the 3rd All-Russian (International)\u00a0\u0421onference on \u0421oncrete and Reinforced Concrete \u00abConcrete and\u00a0Reinforced Concrete \u2013 Glance at Future\u00bb took a place in the building\u00a0of Russian Academy of Sciences, Moscow. During the Conference\u00a0International Union of Laboratories and Experts in Construction\u00a0Materials, Systems and Structures (RILEM) and International\u00a0Engineering Academy (IEA) have signed International Partnership\u00a0Agreement. The purpose of this Agreement is to increase collaboration\u00a0and cooperation between organizations, and to improve construction\u00a0by making technical expertise of each Partner available\u00a0to the other through publications, meetings, conferences, Internet
\nlinks, committee membership, certification activities, and any other\u00a0activity. At the same time International Engineering Academy becomes\u00a0responsible for the launch and activity of Regional group of\u00a0RILEM that is under formation in CIS countries, and which working\u00a0languages will be Russian and English.
