is to provide information\u00a0support for the process of invention and application of science intensive\u00a0technologies (mostly nanotechnological products) in construction,\u00a0communal and housing services, joint areas (industry, power et al.).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">To perform designed aims we follow the principle: \u00abMaximal utility\u00a0and availability of materials published in the journal\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #800080;\"><strong>Utility of published materials means that:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">the edition is used as efficient tool of scientific communication in educational\u00a0and scientific environments;<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">there is up-to-date information about nanomaterials and nanotechnologies\u00a0that are already in use or yet to come to the market;<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">the theoretical and practical results of researches related to the edition\u2019s\u00a0topics are presented;<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">the use of illustrations that serve for better comprehension of the material;<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">PDF-format is used as it is possible to view materials regardless the\u00a0original software and fonts installed at computers;full information about authors is presented;<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">every paper is assigned with digital object identifier (DOI);<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">the paper (or information about it) is added to citation systems (data\u00a0bases): Chemical Abstracts (USA), DOAJ (Sweden), EBSCO Publishing(USA), ESCI Web of Science (USA) et al.;<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">there is possibility to print issue as much as it is needed for research,\u00a0educational and other purposes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #800080;\"><strong>The editors follow the politics of \u00abopen access\u00bb for the published materials.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">According to the Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI) the editors\u00a0consider free access to the published materials in Internet and the\u00a0right of each user to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search or\u00a0link to the full text papers, search with indexer robot, enter them as\u00a0data in software or use them for other legal purpose without financial,\u00a0law or technical obstacles excluding those that regulate access to the\u00a0Internet itself.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">To provide maximal access to materials all issues are published at the\u00a0edition\u2019s website <a href=\"http:\/\/nanobuild.ru\/en_EN\/archieve-of-issues\/\"><strong>http:\/\/Nanobuild.ru \u2013 ARCHIEVE OF ISSUES<\/strong>.<\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Editorial Council, Editorial Board and the editorial staff second the\u00a0politics aimed at observance of ethical publishing principles and recognize\u00a0that keeping track of observance of ethical publishing principles is one of\u00a0the main components in reviewing and publishing activities. <strong>\u00abOn the observance\u00a0of publishing ethics by the editors of electronic edition \u00abNanotechnologies\u00a0in
