The triennial International Symposium on Nanotechnology in Construction (NICOM) has been a focal point for the exchange of innovative ideas and results in the field of nanotechnology for construction materials, facilitating the integration of scientific research and applications around the world. With the first symposium held in Paisley in 2003, the triennial NICOM symposia have taken place in Bilbao, Prague, Greece and Chicago. The 6th NICOM (NICOM6) will be held in Hong Kong 2-5 December 2018.
NICOM6, with a theme of “Technology Transfer in Action”, will facilitate the transfer of research results to the world community and global connections, leading to new ideas and active collaborations.
NICOM6 in Hong Kong, the Asia’s world city, will provide special opportunities for the scientists, engineers and students from different countries to meet with international leaders and investigators in the field and to gain exposure to the cutting-edge research and applications.
